New Delhi: Jungheinrich, a global leader in sustainable material handling and intralogistics solutions, has announced the appointment of Manojit Acharya as its new Vice President for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, effective immediately.
This key leadership move is part of the company’s Strategy 2030+ vision to drive revenue growth and expand its footprint across dynamic international markets.

With over 25 years of industry experience, Manojit Acharya is a seasoned executive known for his strategic leadership, operational excellence, and customer-centric approach.
Under his stewardship, Jungheinrich India witnessed significant growth in both scale and profitability. Since 2022, he has successfully overseen the Sub-Region South Asia – including operations in Thailand and distributor-led markets – achieving notable performance benchmarks.
Acharya succeeds Stefan Brehm, who, after six impactful years as APAC Vice President, returns to Europe to lead the DACH & North-East Europe region for Jungheinrich.

Nadine Despineux, Member of the Board of Management – Sales at Jungheinrich, emphasized that Acharya’s appointment reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening its APAC strategy.
